The pattern in the orb shaped body of the lamp allows light to increase and reduce based on the density of the porcelain which increases the intensity of the pattern when the light is on. The 4-way rotary switch allows the user to turn on the shade light, the body light, both lights on or both lights off. The shade is crafted of white linen.
